What counts as a standard room?
Walls in one room up to 12 × 12 ft, ceiling height up to 9 ft, one color, two coats and light preparation. Floor protection, painting tools and work-area cleanup are included in both options.
What can change the price?
Ceilings, doors, trim, larger repairs, heavy furniture moving, premium paint and paint beyond the included quantity are quoted separately.

More than a room count.
Which walls?
We confirm room dimensions, ceiling height and the exact walls to paint. Ceilings, doors, trim and closets are separate items unless listed.
What needs fixing?
The quote lists patching, sanding and any primer needed. Larger repairs, stain blocking and wallpaper removal are assessed separately.
What’s the plan?
Agree paint brand, color, sheen, coat count and who supplies it. Tell us about furniture, access hours and building requirements.
Start with the space
you want to change.
For an occupied room, we agree how furniture will be cleared and nearby surfaces protected. For an empty apartment, send the floor plan or room dimensions and your move-in date. Heavy furniture moving and full-apartment cleaning are not standard painting inclusions.
A strong color change or damaged wall can need more preparation and coats. We confirm this in the scope instead of promising one price for every apartment.

How long does one room take?
An approved standard room can be completed in one working day. Larger repairs and drying requirements are included in the schedule before booking.
How much will my whole apartment cost?
Starting prices are $1,900 for a studio, $2,400 for a one-bedroom and $3,200 for a two-bedroom. These cover vacant-apartment wall preparation and repainting. Add hardware, mounting and other punch-list work to your quote.
