What does apartment turnover include?
Wall repairs, repainting and the small tasks on your punch list: hardware, curtain rods, shelving and minor repairs. We put your selected work, materials and completion date into one quote.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
The 48-hour work window starts at the scheduled access time, not when you send an enquiry. We confirm the scope, building access and handover time before booking. Larger repairs or additional work are scheduled in the quote.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Send one vacant unit or your upcoming turnover schedule. You have one contact for the work, COI on request and one invoice for your records.
How much does a turnover cost?
Starting prices are $1,900 for a studio, $2,400 for a one-bedroom and $3,200 for a two-bedroom. These cover vacant-apartment wall preparation and repainting. Add hardware, mounting and other punch-list work to your quote.
Is full-apartment cleaning included?
Work-area cleanup is included. Whole-apartment deep cleaning is separate from the repair and painting package.
